Hi, I’m glad you’re here! A little about who I am…
Graduating from Adler University in Chicago with an MA in Counseling Psychology: Art Therapy, I began my clinical work in community mental health—supporting clients in inpatient settings, crisis assessment, and art therapy. Shifting to private practice expanded my focus to interpersonal therapy and individualized care.
When I’m not working with clients, I enjoy spending time with my family in the city, sampling new restaurants, wandering through neighborhoods, and lingering over a good cup of coffee. I also believe deeply in caring for my own nervous system, which for me looks like biking, being near nature, and creating intentional space to slow down and reset.
